So basically, Alistair wasn't rescuing Anora from Howe, but Riordan? And from Loghain not Howe? That makes perfect sense.
Or perhaps Loghain left an order for Howe to arrest any Warden that come in Fereldan. Or gave that kind of order to Cauthrien and ordered her to return to Denerim while he charged.
There are simply too many plot holes if Loghain does not charge. ( Unless you get a Loghain codex entry )

Y'all do realize that this is currently the liveliest discussion of the piece of crap DLC currently going on this board? In the Alistair gush thread? Bioware devs aren't the only ones who fail.
You're right I'm going to stop feeding the trolls. Bedtime anyway. Perhaps I'll wake up tomorrow and discover that this was just an alcohol induced nightmare...
Wow...So far those of us that played the DLC at all have been thrown on with the idiocy factor, we fail, AND we're trolls. All because we took ONE lousy hour to play a completely non related to our PC DLC? Do we love DA:O any less? No, I'm currently wrapping up my Dwarf Noble...who by the way still adores HER alistair. Then I plan to finish my Dalish, who also adores him, and even go so far as playing the very last Origin I have to complete, a dwarf commoner for Zevran.
Come on guys and girls, let's not get to thinking anyone who bought/used extra points for something you hate the idea of, is any less of a fan of the game we all know and love. I may hate spinach, but I still love Popeye.

if alistair is an idiot for his poor choices in this dlc then that also means so are all the companions and nps coz they went along with it all even morrigan who states frequently survival is more important than anything
None of us are saying that the rest of the companions aren't. In fact, I'm saying that the PC is (apparently) the only sane person in Thedas.
i didn't mean they were i meant alistair wasn't an idiot, it was a just because he made bad choices doesn't mean he's an idiot comment my bad, i didn't word it right, sorry

I'm guessing by "trolls" she means people who don't regularly post in this thread who are using it to talk about how much the DLC proves Alistair sucks. It's been restrained, but it's been here.Lady Jess wrote...

I'm not telling anyone how to spend time or points. But it does lessen my enjoyment of the game to see the devs screw so badly with their own material.

Before you call anyone a troll for having a valid argument about the DLC ( in the thread where it is the most discussed ), just remember that key point you made yourself.

Yeah, but Costin is just debating it and KoP is a regular here. I know I'm new but I'm an Ali-girl so I shouldn't count as a troll:(
I also agree about not telling people how to spend their points. It sounded like people had fun with it, aside from the plot.
Also, happy Alistair:

Sad Alistair
