So, I don't have my game loaded up atm, but did it explain why Howe and Cauthrien are alive? I know Alistair still broke into Howe's estate to free Riordan.

Also, as a small matter of consolation to the Alistairians, Cauthrien in the DLC was a pushover compared to Alistair... who was slightly less of a pushover.

Cauthrien usually lives in my play throughs.  So her being alive didn't really need any explanation.

Well that would mean surrendering to her.  Which Alistair objects to in game, no?

Although I suppose she only arrests you if you kill Howe... which he somehow didn't.  I'm confused.

Not necessarily, you can lose to her and get caught.

Ah right.  But would Howe have let him live if Cauthrien caught him in his estate?

True, but I'm wary about making my characters Prince-Consort anymore.

I've never actually made any of my chars prince.  It just seems like Alistair being king is all but canon now.  I have a feeling that's the ending Bio will go with if they ever do settle on a canon story.

I do not think Medevial Latin Europe used to have that the practise. Jews, Muslims and Greek Orthodox Christians did.

So Alistair should simply not have the option. Loghain, possibly (the hair).

Technically, no, I don't think it's the way Fereldan men usually come.  However, for the purpose of sparing our eyes, it's better this way in the game.
