Go for the Zev romance combined with an Alistair hate playthrough.
Alistair's voice is só sexy when he hates you.

nope unfortunatly it doesnt both ali and zev are just so different and ali just seems to be more irresistable imho, it's the puppy dog looks he gives my fhn i'm sure of it darn him why does he have to make her melt like that lol

Heh, oh yes.  I've never been able to play like that, but there are YouTube videos of Alistair hating on evil PCs.  He does do a sexy hate speech.

It is possible, since he will never leave the party you can keep him at -100 hostile.

You have to be a complete b*tch to him, choose the nastier convo options (maybe kill a few people like the caged prisoner in Ostagar and the scout).  Sacrifice Isolde...

The downside to Alistair hating you is there is all that sexy voice ...but no kissing/tent action...so you hve all that pent up energy with no outlet

To get him to hate you you are supposed to stay off the rightious path.
As the finishing touch in that playthrough I suggest executing Alistair and recruting Loghain.

Or you could play as a CEF that is traumatized by Vaughn and can't be with a human. Though my CEF overcomes her fear of human men to be with Alistair.

my ce is usually mad at humans and starts off hating them but alistair always changes her opinion of humans where as my de she was forced to join the wardens kicking and screaming so i think maybe she might be more resentful

If you're afraid about falling for alistair again, just play a male character: problem solved.
