You can just drag the .mor to your Desktop it should be hf_genfl_morrigan.mor if I'm not mistaken.  Rename it something unquie like iluvpie.mor.  Put the renamed file in your override then go into your character .das and link it as hf_iluvpie.

darn it i got told they were ok hmmmmph so i added ia about 3 days ago

other mods i use are

a little skin scale
amazon curves
armour tints
cullen kiss
devout armour
enchanted warrior
hip hold
improved atmosphere
zdf
the pearl redone ser gilmore
combined romances
party recruiter

the rest are armour and weapon mods

Ser gilmore and IA are incompatible. Other than that I don't know.

Immortal has it posted on her Compatibilities discussion.  I made a point of asking how incompatible and she says completely This was lasst week thouigh things may have changed? but last I heard they were incompatible.
