you shoudl be able to upgrade with Winterforge if you have the highest level of Enamels

why not just use elfroots to level up to about level 18 quickly and then go get it from WK. I think by then it should be teir 7

I have NEVER had any luck with Bodahn upgrading diddlysh*t
