My me2 tells me when I try to activate cerberus network I'm under age, but My birth year is 1990 and games rating in my country is +15! Can anyone help me, I wan't some new content.

Could be to do with EAs retarded online policy for a lot of games with live access ( depends on your country etc)
Have had friends from various countrys unable to play Fifa10 online due to it wanting them to be 21+ ( game is rated 3+)
Whats the birth year on your xbox live profile ? ( this can never be changed )

This is the probable cause, depending on how long you have had your Xbox live account if it was created before you turned 18 than you account will still be flagged as a child account by XBox Live, there is a walkthrough on XBox live on how to change a child account into an adult account if this is the issue.

I don't have the option to promote my account. It can be I messed up with my birth year when I created my account.
