Weird: The woman who hired me immediately gave me a telling off for being late and taking too long on my lunch break, I dont even start til tuesday I've never set foot in the place. A warning would be one thing but she gave me an actual telling off. I foresee this not ending well.

I havent had a lunch break yet. I havent even been there. She told me on the phone she isnt going to stand for anymore of my turning up late or taking long lunches about 2 minutes after telling me im starting on tuesday. Ive never done it in any of my other jobs either. I worry she may be what scientists call "bat **** mental".

Not that you'd want to pursue anything legally (and this is an extremely marginal legal opinion since I'm not a lawyer) but you might want to look at your state's employment laws.

When a prospective employer calls your previous ones (for references or whatever), the only issues they are legally allowed to discuss are those found in your actual employment records. If you've never been written up for tardiness (physical evidence of such), then your previous employer is breaking the law by mentioning any sort of disciplinary issues, even if they are true, unless they are properly documented.

Dude SRK is like the easiest move in SF aside from Fireball. Just hit forward, down, down-forward + punch. Done. Ultra is (usually) 2 Quarter Circle Forward + all 3 punch or kick buttons. I assume you are playing a shoto (Ken, Ryu, Akuma, Sakura) so those directions may vary. Also, the left shoulder buttons work as all 3 punch or kick buttons, depending on which you hit, to make pad players capable of pulling off Ultra.



Head into training mode and practice a bit. You'll be hitting them in no time.

My Timing is definitely off but I didn't know that that Z shape meant forward,Forward down,down Forward, Forward.
Also my hands have been sweating since I started.
I thought it was Double forwarddown twice. Thanks

Just coming from out of nowhere (like the Faith No More song), yesterday I received a special commendation and honour diploma (plus a check) from my department. It tell stuff about commitment and such and it sounds goo.
