Happy: Got my 454 block back yesterday after being line honed, new rotating assembly should be arriving soon, and best part is I found time to install my old 12.5:1 350, nitrous system, turbo 350 trans, and 9" rear into my project 1946 Ford pickup. The guys at Speed Cult even offered to fab some custom stuff up.....which for me is equatable to a kid on Christmas morning happy.



Pissed: Now I gotta buy a disc brake conversion for it.

I was having a really bad day about a week ago. Then a friend called and said that their sister-in-law was just diagnosed with a rare, terminal illness that basically turns you to stone from the outside in (it hardens your tissues). I know my problems are legit, but I still felt like a big whiney baby after hearing that.

I had Moravian Sugar Cake with coffee. Mmmmmm. Nothing, nothing is better than comfort food from when you were a child. I'm thinking tomato soup with grilled cheese for lunch just to continue the theme.

At the moment only these 2 crappy ones off my phone from right after I got the truck. Soon though the truck will look totally different, I really think I might go rat-rod/hot-rod with it.
