P'Oed: I don't know what any of the dishes are called, so I'll never be able to get it again. (Bought the plate at 'Taste of Atlanta' Street festival.

Happy: just benched 4 stints 8 reps 92kg / 202lbs dumbbells, first time I could do 4 stints with that much weight.

Pissed: super sore throat from the dry winter air, can't even talk and eating hurts. 8(
