And the rest should be more interactive NPC's, that you could have conversations,romances,give you missions, etc...

These four should be included. Liara and Legion for obvious storyline reasons and Tali and Garrus since they've been in both games and I would miss them. Other than these four, I'm not sure I actually want anyone else back. New squad ftw!

Mass Effect : Wrex and Liara. I cannot belive Wrex was left out as a joinable character in Mass Effect 2 when he was so loved by the fans. Liara also had a nice pleasent charm about her, and she is also my characters love interest.


Mass Effect 2 : Thane and Samara. Depending on how soon Mass Effect 3 is set after Mass Effect 2, I would really like to see Thane make a return. Samara is also a very interesting character, and I put this down to her having no interest in Shepard.

But for story reasons alone. I would love to see more from Legion and Tali. I think there could be some great story for those two.
