Wait: do Tali and Garrus count for both?
ME1: Garrus. Kaiden.
ME2: Legion. Mordin.
(sorry Tali. I love you, but Garrus and Kaiden need to fight over FemShep, and Mordin is WIN, and Legion has so much more of his story to tell..... although I would swap you for Kaiden in a heartbeat.)
