My 6500 tokens won me an awesome displeasure pack with BioWare.
... 6500? that means you got 550 referral tokens across the entire contest. That's nothing to do with Bioware, that's just a pathetic lack of effort on your part.
You assume everyone has the free time to spam the internet with links non stop to get tokens. I dont equate lack of time with effort. I got some referral links, and i participated in some twitter challenges, but it was all for naught since the auction only rewarded those with the time and resources to spam links, and nothing else. And since they set up the auction in such a manner, then it has everything to do with BioWare, and if i am upset with how this "community event" was orchestrated, then that is my business, especially since i am not the only one who feels that way.

I won the Super Store package.
One of EVERYTHING in the Bioware store.
I'm not sure if that entails the games or not, but I do know it entails an inordinate amount of awesome swag.
I originally wanted a PC....but this was an awesome consolation prize!
That's awesome. All of those lithos, man!
I won the Mass Effect 2 poster pack for 9100 tokens on the first night.

Seemed odd that the Jade Empire Pack had both ME games but the ME pack had no games whatsoever. Although it does have the faceplate and OST which is... nice I guess.

The prices sort of skyrocketed toward the end. Things were gettable around 9 and 10K the first couple days. There was even a point when I saw a few things go for around 8K. These last couple days though, oof.
I thought all the super rich people would run out of tokens so I waited then I noticed I couldn't afford anything with 9130

The way a lithograph is made is similar to the old Japanese Wood-Block paintings. In essense, it's a series of gigantic stamps which are painted and pressed down on a high quality paper. In this case, they are also limited quantity, so that's gravy.brocodaily wrote...
Can someone explain to me what a Lithograph is? In laymans terms, because they sound like a really intense poster basically...
..but then again, I'm an idiot
This varies from a regular poster, which is made using a "regular" printer, and is printed on lower quality paper. It's also not a limited quantity.
Basically...you'd want to get a lithograph FRAMED...where you'd only frame a poster if you're an uber-dork (which I am, so I have 2 framed ME posters.)
I won the Collectors and Afterlife Lithos...and then right afterwards I went and purchased the Dragon Age Arch Demon and Pride Demon ones...as well as the ME group poster. So basically...now, I have to find space for 4 addition lithos and 1 poster, IN ADDITION to the ME1 and ME2 posters AND my citadel Litho...and spend another 200 bucks or so on more frames.

To be honest, that's what I thought would happen too. I kept saying that once the excitment wore off, people would start bidding lower amounts. What I failed to take into consideration was that we were able to accrue points throughout the auction. So the average point total went from the 10k range to the 12 or 13k range by the end.
As for myself, I simply got lucky. On the first night of the auction, I woke up arounf 5 AM and pressed refresh, saw the Jade Empire pack with 54 seconds left at a resonable bid, and quickly threw my bid up.
I wanted to wait and try for a computer, but I realized it wasn't gonna happen, so when I saw my chance, I grabbed it.

I was hoping for the Space Stations, or an Illusive Man one - but this is good too.
