Hi guys.I need some help.I bought the collectors edition for ME2 even though I already had the standard version.Anyway I am still trying to share my 3g connection from my pc to my xbox 360 to be able to access the cerberus network.Now the thing is i dont have a live Gold subscription and there is no Xbox Live service in my country although i can keep my silver account.Now do i need MS Points to access the cerberus network and get my collector armor and weapon.I am not talking about the Kusumi,Zaeed ect DLC as I know that they are not free.But If I connect to the cerberus network will I be able to get my Collectors edition content for free and If not how much does it cost?I am asking this because I am really frustrated that I cant get the maximum out of my ME2 so please if you want to answer please dont be a d**k about it.Thanks in advance.

The cerberus network is free for all members who bought the game as new. If you bought a used game you're out of luck. The collector armour will also be free.
And Zaeeds DLC is free, Kasumi's is not.

Yeah, all Collector's Edition content is free and available with a Silver account and internet connection. As long as you can connect your xbox to xbox live then you are able to get the Collector's Edition DLC.
Cerberus Network DLC for free is Zaeed, Hammerhead tank, some guns and Cerberus Armor.
