Where is Sigrun and Velanna's companien quest?

I don't know. I have been lokking in Amarathine and Vigils Keep but nothing seems to happen?
Well in Amarathine Sigrun is looking at some things in a shop and a telling about her self long ago that she was a thief but it wasn't a quest?
