For completing the game without dying if you are killed in battle against ser cautherine? What about reloading? Does that count as not dying.

I believe the achievement is to complete an Origins story without dying - not the entire game.

There are actually four such achievements: Bloodied (complete Origin without dying), Resilient (complete Ostagar without dying), Indestructible (complete Landsmeet without dying) and "I'm Kind of A Big Deal" (complete the game without dying).

By dying to Ser Cauthrien you forfeit Indestructible and "I'm Kind of A Big Deal". You can reload.
