For some unknown reason, the owners of machines with nothing better than Intel tinker toy video seem more aggressive and belligerent lately, especially here in this forum. There really is nothing worth arguing about in the subject.

For the past ten months, perhaps eleven, the AMD "Llano" Fusion has cleaned house against the poor Sandy Bridge and its lesser brethren, at a more reasonable cost, for mobile systems. There are several models, none of which attempted to compete on the CPU side of the balance, save for being far more power efficient, but all of which outperform Intel video.

A very sad, very bad alteration in the PC market has meant that the number of both Laptops and Desktops without real graphics has become a still larger part of the total sold. Most such have the terrible junk that Intel fobs off on the public as usable, when for games, it's garbage.

AMD's desktop Fusion APU will be the Trinity series, and will be here very soon now.
