please no more small DLC's for ME2 it’s not good for this game

one reason is because you made a game whit a big focus on story and small pack just won’t add must to a big game like ME (1+2) the game story is just too big for this I think it will break the game in the future for a lot off gamers

second reason is I think 50% won’t even buy the DLC becase the aren’t going to pay 7$ for 1 hour game play + a bit off story so a lot will miss out on content that you making + miss out on the effort you doing to make ME bigger and that’s a waist

so please if you’re going to make add-ons for this game please make a big add-on like you done whit Dragon Age not small useless items packs ore small 1 mission packs

so do it good and do it for everyone not only for those willing to pay for overpriced content just to make some extra $$$$$

for me its a big add-on ore focus your work on ME3

thx for reading

Well, I tried to read it, but the lack of punctuation made me give up. Thanks for trying.

The Kasumi DLC cost less than a "value" meal at my local Wendy's. BioWare can multitask.

Yes, I got my money's worth. I'd gladly purchase another DLC offering of the same duration and quality (as hard as that may be to quantify)

This? Again?

Look, dude.  7 dollars not just for the loyalty mission but a new character with new powers and story and personality and dialogue that I can use in multiple playthroughs, I can use her in multiple quests/missions in the main storyline, a new kick ass weapon, a new loyalty power...worth my money.

If they'd charged 7 bucks for HH then I'd agree with you.

While i will agree that kasumi's mission was short it was very entertaining and well worth the $7 I spent on it, I have even started a new playthrough and recruited her first just so i could hear everything she has to say on all of the missions.

I would like them to make a large expansion for ME2 as long as it is a hell of alot better than that garbage that they shoved out called Awakenings that was not worth the $40 it cost.

I enjoyed the Kasumi DLC :P. If you don't like it, because you think it messes with the continuity, don't get it. I personally wish Bioware would make more DLCs, to tide me over till ME3. I would definitely buy them if they were of a similar quality or better than the Kasumi DLC. I only wish the Kasumi one had a few more missions. Ultimately, I think the DLCs give the universe more depth.

Well, I believe it would be nice to see some expansion pack sized extra content, however it is somewhat hard to add onto a story that has a third title in the making revolving around a single character. If you just did this and picked up Mass Effect 3 after the events of the expansion then those who didn't purchase it and complain about the price would be in the dark on certain details. Focusing on another character or a missing chapter in the story would suffice however there would be the need to rewrite information and fill-in the blanks. So far I'm not too disappointed in the Cerberus Network since it does add some flavor from time to time, even though some might state it doesn't quite satisfy, it does add replayability with characters such as Zaeed and Kasumi as well as other armors and weapons that change the battlefield. Still looking forward to a planetary DLC to actually add interactable dialogue to extra content instead of battle-based content, excluding extra characters which seldom speak outside of Loyalty and Recruitment. However I'm not complaining, I do enjoy the content and it definitely beats 2 DLC for the lifespan of the game, even though most haven't amounted to Terra Nova and it's near collision of an asteroid of doom. o_o

I kind of agree with the OP, but not for that reason. Additional content for any game should add in-depth value, not addon value. What I'm trying to say is that any DLC should evolve the internal details that were for one reason or another omitted or played down. For example, I rather see a DLC that gives the aliens more than three fingers (pet peeve), add depth to the conversations, the ability to talk to potential LIs that aren't choosen as LIs; for the people who likes that, same-sex romances etc and so on and so forth.

DLC like the Hammerhead, Zaeed and Kasumi doesn't add detail, they add content, but still lacking details. The only DLC I can think of that did add both depth and content was Bring down the sky which was excellent.

I agree with the OP in that the game has been VERY episodic from the start. So adding more episodes - may they be excellent or mediocre - tends to water down the experience further. But - such DLC is optional, so no one is obliged to use it.

On the other hand: When BioWare continue to produce "minor" DLC like 'Kasumi' they (probably) won't do any substantial Add-On. While I would much prefer the latter over 'Kasumi'-like DLC, I'm not sure if I would buy such a 10 or more hours long content, since the pricing to be seen with 'Awakening' is prohibitive in my opinion. (That's why I also refuse to buy 'Kasumi'.)

Lastly, what's wrong with the idea of "bridging" the time till the release of ME3? ME3 could be released earlier if BioWare were to focus ALL ressources on its development NOW.

But while this would benefit the majority of gamers the most (I think), it presumably might be not the most profitable way to go for BioWare ...

I completely disagree with the OP and thankfully so does Bioware and EA. DLC will continue and there is still the Liara/Shadowbroker DLC and maybe the rumoured romance pack + much more. You will find the vast majority of gamers are in favour of DLC as long as it is meaningful and priced fairly which I feel all the Bioware DLCs (except the alternate costumes pack which should be cheaper) have been.

Small, free, item packs like cerberus armour are very, very good. I only wish there were more, so that there was a better choice for infiltrators, engineers and adepts. As all of the other dlc armours and even the normal armours, seem mostly directed at soldiers and vanguards.

I personally enjoyed the Kasumi DLC. Before I recruited Tali, I always used to have Mordin on my team. Now, I always have Kasumi.

I understand the reviewer's point about it being released kind of late, and about how we're still doing odd jobs for Cerberus even after some of us told the Illusive Man to shove off. Some more post-story missions would be nice, and I don't mind waiting 3 or more months for a nice expansion (like the Fallout 3 ones), but Kasumi was worth my money.

I wouldn't even count weapons and armor. Those are more like patches.

There is going to be more DLC. On the squad page of the ME2 page there are place for 2 more names. They are listed as classified.

I want both! The SMG was great, nevermind the rest of the fun stuff. I used it the whole game on one character.

7$ for 1hour gameplay is overpriced. Compare that to the Fallout DLCs, that gave you much more for your money.

but it also gives you a new squad mate, a new power and a new amazing weapon. Why do people always forget those parts?

I was quite happy with the DLC...I love the character Kasumi and enjoyed the mission.

And making it cheaper is no option for a shareholder company like EA. They go with this price system or their wont be any kind of DLC. And that means not that Kasumi would have been in the full game, that would mean that Kasumi would never have existed.

I love it when people act as if they never pay for worthless stuff in their everyday lives. Like it or not, the overall economy of the world is generally going down and this means nothing but less free stuff and more costly stuff. It will only get worse over the years. If you're not prepared for it, you should be, rather than dwelling on every penny that goes out of your wallet.

Sorry if I'm being a little harsh, but it's just the sad truth which we are bound to accept.
