In my opinion this was a terribly done review. I wouldn't put much stock in it. He says Kasumi's lines were delivered with a sterile monologue. What a bunch of garbage. There was far worse dialogue in the original game then anything in this DLC.defqon wrote...

DLC = optional.
You don't like it, you don't use it.

And I don't. I'm only saying what I would prefer. As is the OP.
There's n problem.

please no more small DLC's for ME2 it’s not good for this game
one reason is because you made a game whit a big focus on story and small pack just won’t add must to a big game like ME (1+2) the game story is just too big for this I think it will break the game in the future for a lot off gamers
second reason is I think 50% won’t even buy the DLC becase the aren’t going to pay 7$ for 1 hour game play + a bit off story so a lot will miss out on content that you making + miss out on the effort you doing to make ME bigger and that’s a waist
so please if you’re going to make add-ons for this game please make a big add-on like you done whit Dragon Age not small useless items packs ore small 1 mission packs
so do it good and do it for everyone not only for those willing to pay for overpriced content just to make some extra $$$$$
for me its a big add-on ore focus your work on ME3
thx for reading
buy the game first before commenting on it... only media can get away with that...
if you have it... take a few minutes to register it.

It was a really crappy review. Under his "Hated" summarization, the only thing he had to complain about is that he was all bent out of shape that he didn't get the character at ME2's launch. So what, start a new game. It's like complaining about downloading the arc projector and not being able to use it because you only have a save game where you've done every mission and you don't have anyone left to fightjamskinner wrote...

New Character + New Weapon + Desperately needed new Casual Clothes = Win IMO.
Besides, I had 800 points that I wasn't doing anything with anyway.
And if BW ever does do a Awakening type Expansion Pack, they better add Helmet Toggle to it!

Full meal? Try two Mountain dews, a slim jim and a hostess fruit pie. How about a light beer from a Manhattan night-club. How about parking on the way to dinner?

Really, doing both DLC and an expansion makes the most financial sense.

as far as i can tell the reviewer's main complaint seems to be that because he finished the game already and the dlc is released now and not to his schedule its bad
personally i liked the dlc, and the new character, it was a very original mission
