Rapid, definitely. The 80% cooldown is infinitely superior

Rapid. The damage difference doesn't make up for the fast cooldown.

The Cooldown on Rapid on works if you kill someone with it.

even if it doesn't, the damage trade off just isn't worth if it does. I do all the time in the game now setting up the enemies to be whonked by her. It's become an habit, and I can usually chain them quite an bit together.
