employers don't hire people with face tattoos. Its a misconception that people with face tattoos are criminals or wannabe gangstas ....yo.

Because of the stigma associated with tattoos. They were popular among pagans, and the Church outlawed it because of that, if I remember correctly. And over time, it becomes associated with the unsavoury kind.
