If you start new game plus with a character that your originally imported from ME1 do you still get the bonuses you do for starting a new game as a imported character and does it still carry the choices you made in ME1?

Yes, you will get to chose one bonus power, and your ME1 choices carry over. I *think* you'll get extra creds and resources at the start.
