When  I get to the end I'll have her be the second scene Fireteam leader. see what happens. Are you sure she dies?? I mean even after she is loyal??

There wasn't any new dialogue. She wasn't even loyal. Sorry, I play on the 360, and I'm too lazy to upload videos. But the conditions were as follows:
After Jacob died in the vents, 5 squaddies remained: Loyal: Samara, Miranda and Mordin Non-Loyal: Grunt, Tali
Miranda: Biotic field
Tali Second fire team leader
Mordin escort
Team: Grunt, Samara
Result: Grunt is carried off,  Mordin gets to the ship, and Tali survives leaving me with Miranda, Samara and Tali. Tali is subsequently killed holding the line (I was very disappointed). I think the reason she survived as the fire team leader is that at least 3 characters must survive until the very end. That way 2 go with Shepard to fight the Human reaper and at least 1 is left holding the line.

Tali's death by lack of ship shields (a little hard to make her out on this one)
Thane's death by lack of upgraded weapons
Jacob's death by a rocket to the face
Garrus' death by seeker swarms.

I am annoyed, since I seem to have deleted my Mordin and Miranda copping it screenshots, and I didn't manage to get anyone else killed on that playthrough. Bah.
