 Why can't i access my points, in my account every time i try use the pass word it shows an error:

BIOWARE CHECKOUTInternal Error. The server encountered an error and could not complete your request. If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it.

Does some one can tell me why can't i access this option.
