So I won an auction for something and got a letter to send a mail to bulletin@bioware.com about the information they need, did that.
Question is are they supposed to send something back confirming that the prize is being mailed to your address? I haven't received any mail back besides the basic auto-responder. I e-mailed it from the email address tied to my account, so is that all you are required to do?
If anyone has more information that would be great.

Sometime in the next couple of weeks you will be contacted (by phone or letter I assume, as that is the contact information requested) as BioWare confirms eligibility of prizes etc. Probably after THAT contact you'll be given some sort of shipping information.

Alright, thanks. That seems like it might take some time, and I probably should've realized with so many auctions this probably would take them awhile to sort out.

Yeah, it seems there were a couple of people in New York, Florida and other places who knew they were ineligible to participate who did so and won auctions, so BioWare will have to go through them and contact alternate winners etc. I wouldn't expect to be actually seeing or touching your prize for at least 6-8 weeks, if not longer. Bigger value prize winners will have to fill out Affidavits and they will probably give you a 1099 tax form declaring the value of your prize. These things are really alot more complicated than most people imagine.

Thanks SarEnyaDor! I was getting worried as well. Some kind of confirmation in the next few days would be nice though

I was looking for this question, glad I found this thread, though it would be nice to be reassured of the process by someone from Bioware. Just to cover my bases, I sent another email to make sure they got my first since there was no emails to update.
