To be honest, I'm not even sure if I have it or not :x

Anyone know exactly what it changes and where I can go to download it? From reading the forums I've heard good things and bad, I'd appreciate some feedback before I try it out, especially since it seemed to causes crashes for some.

I'm running it on 64-bit Vista with an ATI Radeon 3400 something or other.

I would really hold off until they work out whatever kinks there are that are causing some to be unable to play the game and apparently some other issues least with the Shale character that some seem to be having since installing that patch. I've seen some offer ways to fix this issue so they can once again play but why even take the risk at all?

Ah, thanks for the tip Cayvin. Still, I think I might hold off... considering I've been up till like 4am playing this game almost every night, if I were to render it unplayable I don't think I could forgive myself, God or Bioware.
