As a side note, Kelly gives hints to Maleshep about Jack and Tali. She tells him that Tali has a crush on him and that Jack treats sex casually and pushes people away and that if he wants her respect, he should, IIRC, show some restraint, or something.

I don't see why it is so hard to understand that by having sex with her, you have shown her that you are no different from all the countless men (and women) who have used her for sex.
