ok someone help me... I have yet to see the Kelly romance and it's getting annoying because I even broke up with Miranda so I could see the Kelly romance but she wont send me the message!
I've done every mission and now I have no clue what to do!
Edit: ok now I've done every mission, if I try to talk to someone they always say we should talk later, so I really have nothing to do and Kelly still hasn't sent me that message!!!

The developers have certainly left things open with Kelly. It would have been too easy for them to kill off the flirty admin as part of the collector mission, but they did not. The fact that you can save her suggests future consequences for this act. What is also a fact is you can romance her, which leads me to believe that this too will carry over.

completed suicide mission and saved crew
romance with miranda
broke up with miranda
pending Kelly romance...

Be sure you talk to her after Samera 's recuitment mission. Comment to say she(Kelly) is prettier. Also ask her if she is into aliens.

Don't forget you have to talk to her after major recuitment and major mission. More so Samera's recuitment, and comment to say she(Kelly) is prettier. Also ask her if she is into aliens.

You have to soothe her after the suicide mission. Right after. You can't ignore it when she thanks you, and you have that extra dialogue option.

If you break up with your love interest and meet all of Kelly Chambers previous requirements you can still invite Kelly up to your room.
