Playing Insanity and all paragon or renegade points are not accumulating.
Paragon stuck just before bar 5 and renegade just before the 2nd bar.
Didn't notice this until the mission before Garrus Loyalty. When I went to do Jacks mission afterwards I just have been in the last bar so no problemes for the loyalty but because its stuck got screwed. I had to reload different saves to see if it would accumulate. Found one 10 hours before. Crap now have to do all the side quests, garrus and Jack again just to get her loyal.
Lucky had alot of old saves.
