I suppose that if you're paragon you might want to send the data to Alliance, but that's just me.

It won't have a big effect in ME3 considering it was a side mission.

Not sure... I think its likely we'll see something about this in ME3. Maybe the best choice would be to keep the data... Maybe you'll be given the option in ME3 to give it to whomever you see fit.

Has no consequenes it would know of (maybe in part 3, but how seriuous can they be?). If you really can't choose and have no strong feelings towards the Alliance or Cerberus, than just collect Paragon or Renegade points with the upper or lower answer, you could need them later.

What mission are you on, anyway? I don't believe I've ever done this one...

If it won't have a big effect, it sure did stop me for a LONG time to choose! They should have included in the bigger missions, it felt like this is where the galaxy hangs at balance -kind of moment.
