Is the Social website important for Bioware anymore?

I'm asking this because I haven't seen a whole lot of support for it since it was released. Dragon Age has achievements and characters which was a great start but it stopped there. Sure, there was the Bazaar but it was only for 48 US states. Mass Effect 2 and Awakening didn't get anything on the websie except DLC. I was expecting achievements uploaded for ME2 AT LEAST, but there's NOTHING.

What's happening with it? I used to be eager to see it evolve into something but now it's just the old website with new code...

Seeing how they couldn't even be bothered to fix a simple error that's the icons for Awakening skills/talents showing broken on the summary pages (because they weren't uploaded to where the site code expects them) it doesn't appear like the maintenance and development of it has any noticeable priority.

Part of it is that it's just so frustrating to jump from forum-to-forum-to-forum. I have Steam's forums, Kotaku's comment system, and Raptr that I post in. Going back here every few hours is a pain in the neck just to talk about a singleplayer game. I'd rather discuss it all in one place.

Woah. It seems nobody got the point of the topic. I'm talking about the lack of support for the social website. It was something that showed lots of promise but now it's barely changing or used in new games.

There's also a ton of bugs still happening and it's been up half a year...
