They should replace female Shepard's renegade dialogue.

The game covers how Salarian females work behind the scenes and how Krogan women are basically sheltered so they can breed.

Can't think of anything off the top of my head as far as Turian females go but even if I'm wrong about the Turians, it's still just Turians.

Male Quarians didn't exist in Mass Effect 1 because there are hardly any Quarians outside of the flotilla.
I don't doubt Bioware's art department was limited in time to develop female counterparts to each species, but it is because of that that they had to incorporate this limitation and pass it off as species having a patriarchal culture.

*Claps for Busom* Goddamn man, you are just hilarious, thanks, I needed this laugh.

You believe BioWare would actually put that much thought into not putting females in the game? They didn't create a patriarchal culture for every race, they wouldn't even put that much thought into it.

They didn't do so for the sake of just keeping females out.  They did so due to time restraints.  Every game has some ideas cut before the final release and in Mass Effect's case it was female aliens.
Rather than just leave it inexplicable, Bioware worked around this time restraint by designing the alien societies with a patriarchal backround.

Yeah, I didn't say that they did it just for the sake of keeping females out, I said it is amazing you think they put that much thought into the time restraints and budget problems they had.
I guarantee you that one of their higher-ups just said, "Well, leave it the way it is. No one will notice."

You know, Anaal Nathrakh is my favorite band and I have a hard time understanding you. That should probably tell you your entire point is invalid.

AntiChri5?! I thought we were buddies. It upsets me to hear you make such accusations against me.

What on earth would give you that impression?

The only interaction we ever have is when i come into your threads to make sure everyone is aware of your.......reputation so they can just leave.

Oh.........wait........in your mind that constitutes friendship, doesn't it? You poor, lonely bastard.

Have fun, i guess.

It's still just Turians, and Asari, and Humans.

Good god man, this is just getting sad.

I see you've caught the negligent comment. Just another way to phrase "have less DNA" while paralleling the "women are physically inferior" statement.

The Asari are not female, they're mono-gendered which would still mean the majority of alien species, both council aligned and otherwise are patriarchal.

What the hell do you think mono-gendered means? Mono = One and we all know what gender means. So they are One Gender, or female.
Another round of applause for Busom's debating skills!

"Patriarch, a word that has no meaning in [Asari] society"

Edit: Also, Matriarch. Go look it up.

Men genetically have the upperhand when it comes to strength but a skilled fighter wins the day, not who has the biggest muscles. And women can build up their strength so they can be just as strong as men.

And women can be more agile, do you really think you have time to catch Shepard and hit her weak spots, when she's been trained to block and avoid these attacks? There be no women in the police force if they didn't have the skill and strength to look after themselves, we've already proven to them that we're capable, but you don't seem to have gotten the memo. W

Plus, it's been proven that females have a higher pain threshold so that makes us excellent fighters.

Looks like someone doesn't remember Mass Effect 1.  Remember the love triangle scene between Liara and Kaiden?  Liara explicitly corrects Kaiden when Kaiden brings up Shepard being into other women.
They're mono-gendered but not classifiable in conventional biological terms.

@DrathanGervaise - Damn you! That blood orange juice barely missed the screen! XD

But seriously...I know people will **** and whine about Asari being mono-gendered and not really female. But look at them...they're women, in every sense of the word. The only difference is how they mate. And they can kick your ass along with every other alien species male or female.

And you feel your manhood is threatened by strong women, at least; that's how you come across.

Women do not serve in combat roles in the military.  Do I really need to explain why?
