Ok well, if you ever find yourself in a hold, I hope it's not with someone who's going to smash your face into a wall/floor while your hand are useless behind your back...

In some holds, you can dislocate the shoulder and you don't have to be that strong to do it...I like to see you fight with a dislocated shoulder.

And if it doesn't works so well, why is it a popular method to restrain people?
