I just downloaded Warden's Keep and after beating the old man at the end my character talks to Levi outside of the map. I've managed to get back inside the map, but I can only go to the room where you seal the demon portal. Is there any way I can leave the fortress or am I just trapped?

I just did this part aswell. I got stuck in combat, because 2 mobs were behind the door where you came from. Just run up the door, press LT and aim at the door and press A. This will open the door and you can then kill and get away from Warden's Keep.
