So my companions won't follow me in ME1, they just stand around until I get too far away and then they teleport to me. And sometimes one of my companions will follow and the other won't. They fight like they are supposed to, but usually they are too far away to be of any use.

And I've tried to use the command to move them to me and either they won't come, or only one will.

Can anyone help with this? Maybe I pressed something I wasn't supposed to?

Always or in specific places? This only happens for me on Ferros or Noveria.Save and reload is the only thing you could do there.

Ah, that explains that. I didn't see it much on Noveria, but I'm seeing on Feros. Do I reload to the start of the planet or save and reload in general? Because I'm too far into the planet to reload to the beginning.

You can save wherever you are now and then reload at that point. I've had that happen to me specifically when you go do the sidequests for Zhu's Hope. Once I'm back in the colony proper, it stops.

There some other weird things happen with the squad ki on ferros. One always goes wild.Wrex charge and melee the boss varren, but with a pistol.Kaidan did it with a geth destroyer...
Liara survive such moves because at least she use her biotics.

Yep, this happened to me a lot on Feros...down in the tunnels specifically. I had to save and reload to "fix" it. On the PC I take it? Not Xbox?

K, I got it fixed. Thanks for the advice, I never encountered it on my XBox version of the game.

i've had this in zhu's hope, particularly if i part clear the corridors with the water valves then the varren, this is were 1 always stays, if i then carry on clearing the corridors i had to use the move too command

my guess was the stuck comp was "sensing" an enemy in the corridor

the way i do it now is...water valves-chat to the nutter-destroy the com relay-kill the varren

doing it in that order has never given me the stuck comp

It also has happened to me in the tunnels below Zhu's hope. There's an automatic door that they get stuck behind. To avoid the problem, I have to stand in the doorway and order them through it, then pass through it myself.

Come to think of it... when my squadmates in ME2 would decide they'd rather be napping on the battlefield rather than fighting, I'd just keep going without them.

I don't remember really doing that in ME1. When they went down, I needed them to get back up. Like the Krogan on Feros by the transmitter in the tunnels. Unless I could coax one of them out at a time, I needed backup or I would be charged to death.
