All of them are grayed out? What about the button to return to the Normandy? Are you using the 1.01 patch, have you tried reloading an earlier save?

I am using the 1.01...the normandy is accessable but nothing else is...PLUS I can walk right through the scanning station and no one stops me

Ok, so this was your first visit to the citadel, and you were never stopped at the scanner? That would probably be the issue, the ingame check that opens up the travel probably wasn't triggered because you weren't stopped at the scanner.

I do...but its way back on the Cerberus station...I will restart my shepard...I hate her hair any way lol. I just hope it doesn't happen again.
