yup, trivia is far superior to referral links.

that way, people like me (specifically me) will be able to win every trivia question within seconds of being asked. boooyah

so what is going on at bioware montreal? if we know they are working at EA offices, what could they be doing?

do we know of anything happenign there? any bioware devs now working at montreal? i can't stand that an entire bioware studio is operating without me knowing what is going on, it is torture.

It's a new next gen game.

I do remember saying something about the new addition of "Next Gen Game"  to the bioware site in another thread 2 days ago and about how ME2 is still under "games in development."

Bioware opened a new studio in Montreal, at the EA Montreal location. I think it is safe to say that these guys have to be working on something. So what is it? Are they doing extra work on SWTOR? Are they creating new IP? Are they making Jade Empire2?

What is going on at Bioware Montreal???

THAT...NEXT GEN ..Game? ^^  (not DA 2)

metal.... GEAR...!?

I think they mentioned that that studio had helped with ME2. It might just be set up so they can tap into EAs resources when needed. More like providing extra support/resources to existing projects, rather than working on a game on their own.

New Next Gen game is probably the most likely project if that's not the case.

Neverwinter Nights 3?

I wish.

No, if it's anything it's probably a new a game. Perhaps this next gen game being suggested or something else entirely. I actually wouldn't mind a mech game. Better yet, a jet pilot shooter in the vein of Wing Commander. I'm imagining something like Wing Commander III, except with no live action sequences and extra dialogue choices in conversation. There are few companies around these days I can imagine pulling off a similar game.

Our Montreal based office is primarily an art and animation source. They are working on all our games (ME, DA and TOR) and do art, renders, animations, effects, etc used in teh core games. :)

I've heard this too. ;) I like the old one too, but I felt it was time for a change. I like yours, by the way. Well um, that's enough derailing from me on this subject. :P

Edit: Ah, mystery solved thanks to our friendly neighborhood moderators. It's a bit surprising, I must admit. I didn't think an entire studio would be needed to crank out art and animations. :o

I would like to see an Indiana Jones/Tomb Raider type Bioware game. Where you explore tombs on earth and uncover ancient mysteries.

also a time travel bioware game so i can make renegade decisions and change history.

and jade empire2
