if there are things i should know, like if there is some cool side
missions that can be missed, or a city that i should explore before it
gets destroyed (like lothering in Dragon Age), or a cool item that can
be missed (like the zodiac spear in FFXII), etc
Also any kind of advice is welcome, but no story spoilers if posible.

But then i saw 2 other classes; one that has soldier skills as well as tech skills for opening locks, etc and the other one that has sold skills plus biotic powers. Though iam not sure about this biotic thing since iam not a fun of having my main using magic powers, but i guess biotic is not just "magical power" but since i didnt play the game yet i have no idea.
So whats the difference between a pure soldier and a soldier/tech or soldier/biotic, and whats this biotic thing??
Oh and iam in between 2 backgrounds for Shepard; the one where my family gets killed by slavers (Colonist) and the one where my parents were in the army (Spacer). Wich are the differences in the story for chosing one or the other, wich one would you guys recomend??
And the last issue; iam not sure wich background mission to select between Sole Survivor and War Hero. Both seems pretty cool to me, any advice?

Biotics are "magic powers".
Can't comment on the other questions, because I don't want to spoil you on the plot, better to experience it yourself.

For your very first playthrough I would not recommend going full paragon or full renegade...
For me it was fun to actually make up my own decisions and shape the character and story based on my moral view on the given problem, and not beeing restricted to either, the dark or the light side...
Of course, this kind of "neutral" play might restrict your choices later in the game (for not having enough paragon/renegade points) but hey... this way you make choices, and you live with the consequences... that is what a rpg is about in my opinion...
Besides Me1-2 are that great that you will want to make later pure paragon or renegade playthroughs...
In ME2 do NOT deplete every planet you happen to go to... it is time consuming, quite boring... and you really do not need THAT much resources...
Regarding the sidemissions... if you REALLY don't want to miss out on anything in both games, print those checklists form this page:
http://masseffect.shockfront.ca/
they are spoilerfree... but they contain almost every mission... this way you will find them all... really usefull stuff! (contains upgrades and more) - I am not sure if the newest DLC is already in them...
Although not everyone is happy with the free and paid DLC for ME2... I recommend getting it all!
... and get the spacehamster!

Biotics are like the magic or Force powers of Mass Effect. Push enemies away, lift them off the ground, warp their health to take more damage... couple other abilities.
Tech abilities will damage shields, damage weapons for a short time, mess with AIs. They'll also give you the ability to open up locked objects -- you'll need someone in your party with considerable skill in decryption to open or hack things. Sometimes you'll need the electronics skill instead to open things.
Some people say you should go for the straight out soldier. You can train in all the weapons. Without such training, you'll find yourself missing more often than not. Soldiers also have abilities that improve their aim, improve their defenses, give them massive health. They're tanks.
I think choosing a combination class is more fun, though. And using biotics or tech powers yourself will help you understand how to use them with your squadmates.
As for your background, I think you'll find choosing any background you want will work out fine. It seems like I see more people with the colonist/sole survivor background. I went for earthborn/war hero myself.
There's no real order that you need to do the missions in. Sidequests can be done at any time, so long as you do them before the very last mission of the game. If you don't have the Bringing Down the Sky DLC, I'd suggest getting it. The Pinnacle Station DLC -- opinions vary, but it seems I see more people who say don't bother. I bothered. It was okay.
As for any particular sweet loot, it will scale with your level. It's random. Even what you find at the stores is random. I've done playthroughs where everyone was decked out in the best armor of the game. Other playthroughs, only a couple of them were because I never found more. The best weapons of the game will be the spectre weapons, though, which you'd have to purchase. The only time where you'll likely get some very good items is during Bringing Down the Sky -- and again, how good it is will depend on your level.
That's all I can think of at any rate.

Also i would like to know wich class do you guys recomend. First i thought of choosing soldier since i like doing the heavy fights with the main character, being able to carry cool armour and weapons, etc.

First off, welcome to the world of Mass Effect! For starting off I'd suggest the soldier class to start. They can carry and use every weapon and armor available, so that'll make things easy to start for you. Biotics are the equivalent of magic from Dragon Age. The Soldier/Tech are called Engineers and they can hack AI's (robots) so they fight for you, Suppress Biotic/Tech abilities, make Weapons Explode, and with Electronics skill you can open up locked/sealed containers. Soldier/Biotic are called Sentinels, that one gives you some Biotic (Magic) skills as well as weapons, but not as much as just a Soldier.
Backgrounds for Shep you should just choose yourself, my telling you won't help you make a 'better' Shepard really. Differences in which class you choose winds up being dependant on your playing style. The story itself won't change in any dramatic fashion so that Sole Survivor for example is better or worse than the other two.
My best suggestion to you is go with what looks interesting to you and follow from there. That's what I did to be honest and I had a ball, so much so I've replayed the game 4 times with four different characters; Soldier, 3 Vanguard and 1 Infiltrator. So enjoy and have fun!
