Since the 360 now takes USB drives, etc, can I transfer my save to a USB drive, and edit my character's picture using the PC editor, and then load it back?  Or is how the 360 version programmed just won't accept that?

You can't use the PC editor, but there is an Xbox 360 version. I'd tell you how to get it done, but I'm not sure Bioware would approve.
