I have 2 profiles on my XBOX, one was used to download the Kasumi - Stolen Memory and the other to play Mass Effect 2. Kasumi - Stolen Memory only shows up as downloaded on the download profile and not on the play profiled. According to the download description it should be available for both profiles.
I have confirmed that the download is on the Xbox hard disk and also is visible as downloaded once Mass Effect 2 is loaded.
Any ideas on a way to access the already downloaded beyond having to replay the game using a second profile?

It should work just fine for any profile on the original Xbox that the content was purchased on. Otherwise, it's a matter of proper licensing.

Yeah I have this problem too
Though, its more like I can't use the Kasumi DLC with my favorite game save/Shepard but still it sucks, I did pay for it after all. Does anyone else with two profiles have it show up for both?

In answer to all the topics this question has come up in, I can't give an OFFICIAL answer, but from my experience it shouldn't be a problem. Yet, from your report, it is. So I guess all I can do is explain my set-up and perhaps we can see if there's a difference?
I share my Xbox with my father, and we have a couple different profiles/gamertags. One is used for Xbox Live, and it's the only one we go online with, and the only one we use to download anything (hence the only one connected to the Cerberus Network). Then he also has his own profile not connected to Xbox Live, and there is a third disconnected one for myself. All DLC has shown up in Mass Effect 2 on all three gamertags/profiles, so, as long as they're all on the same Xbox.
I assume you've opened up your preferred game save and checked your character's messages, like with the free DLC. ... Did you have this problem with the free DLC? If not, did you do anything differently?
Sorry to be completely UN-helpful, but at least know that the Kasumi DLC DOES work across three unrelated (save for being on the same Xbox) profiles, at least in my experience. So hopefully we can figure this out--it really WOULD suck not to be able to get Kasumi on your favourite playthrough.
Edit: It may have been simple in my case because the other two profiles have never gone online, and hence don't have their own separate EA accounts... hm.

My wife has a separate EA account that her gamertag is attached to, yet she can still access any DLC I download from the Cerberus network, and both Kasumi and the appearance pack, so I doubt that matters, since Kasumi can be bought and used like any other Xbox DLC, regardless of whether or not you have an EA account or the Cerberus Network.
Holy run-on sentence, Batman.
I maintain it's a licensing issue. If you bought/downloaded the DLC on a different Xbox than your own (or connected your HDD to an Xbox at someone else's house to download it), you'll need to connect to Live with the gamertag you bought it with to use it, and noone else on your own Xbox will have access to it. Use the link I posted above to verify that Kasumi is licensed to your 'home' console, and if it's not, transfer it, and then any gamertag on your home box should be able to access it. (You may also need to connect your Xbox to Live to sync the new licenses)
If that's not the issue, then I have no idea what else to suggest to you.

To those that have it working: Is the Kasumi DLC checkmarked when you choose the "New Content Available" option?
I actually didnt thoroughly see if the Kasumi DLC was available in-game since my last save was in the middle of a mission. I just looked for the checkmark, which wasnt there

Why would you post on the forum before you were even sure you had a problem? Why don't you just load your game, finish your mission, and check for yourself?

Mine certainly isn't checkmarked, because neither of my other gamertags is connected to the net. Hence, they don't even know whether new content is available or not. So... I doubt that's the issue for you.
Just check to see if you got the message at your private terminal in-game about Kasumi being available. If not... THEN you've got a problem.
