Is there a way to make a morph that doesn't require any other mods?

Like the new hairstyles mods out there.  I want to have some npcs with my mod have different hairstyles, but I thought it would be easier if the morphs I made included all the content needed without the person downloading the hair mod in order for my mod to work.  I would still include credits for the other mods in the readme of course.  Just wondering if it was possible and if so how to do it?

I suppose you could always upload an .erf with just the .mor files and the hairstyle(s) bundled within it. It's still probably easier to just list the mods as a requirement but there you have it.
