I've read that this is a known bug. If you use the charm/intimidate options with Ish when delivering the packages to him, the journal will leave the quest open with no way of actually completing it.  I saw Kim Stolz comment on the Javelin Missiles quest saying that the game records what you do even if the journal entries are incorrect.

Does this hold true for Ish's quest? If I tell Ish to drop the whole thing and leave, will the game record that the quest is complete, even if the journal doesn't?

Yea no worries. I was hoping for an answer from someone at Bioware. This is a known issue, after all, but thanks for replying.

Yeah I tried to replay this same one and if you talk ish out of it the journal still shows an open assingnment.only one I could not complete,needs a patch
