Alright, here's the situation: I bought the CE of ME2 day it came out for the 360. Immediately, I activated the Cerberus Network card without linking it to my e-mail address. As a result, now that I'm set up on this site and with EA, I cannot access my Collecter Rifle/Armor. It's nothing game-breaking, but it is irksome. Is there any way I could, using either my PC or my 360, link my Xbox Live gamertag and my account here so that I can access them? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Sounds like you may have 2 different EA accounts - one attached to your gamertag, and one to this site. If that's the case, you'll probably have to contact EA support to sort it out.
Edit: You could try logging into ea.com and checking to see if your gamertag is attached to it as a 'persona'.
