Is there a larger list of useful scripts somewhere other than on the wiki? I'm basicly looking for something just like DAAnimationslistingsv2 but with scripts. If there is it would be my Mecca because I can't get enough of the tool set yet I'm programing illiterate. If there isn't a list I beg for you to post some scripts that you find useful here and i'll make my own list. Plus if anybody has any suggestions on any kind of reading material to educate my ass on how to write my own scripts, I will be thankful. I've already looked over the wiki about it but, I think i'm gonna have to read it over a couple of times to make anything stick.
A couple of direct questions that I have are: how to start your mod with a cut and then you gain control with a char i created in the toolset, how to lead one cut scene into another, how to have objects appear in an area after a cut scene that weren't there to begin with, how to update plot by picking up or touching an object, can you set up a timer that rewards you ever 20 min(example:receiving taxes form plebs).... I could go on and on
I know that I've listed a crap load of questions, and maybe not even all of them have to do with scripting. I'm just brand spanking new to this, I downloaded the tool set last Friday and haven't been able to keep away from it since. Any sort of tips and help is welcome.
List of useful scripts, I need a lot of help

I'd encourage you to work through the wiki tutorials, as many answers are there.
There is a lot to understand, but patience generally pays off with this toolset.
The wiki is a good place to keep how-to information, including scripts, because it's much easier to search than the forum or ad hoc lists. It's potentially more reliable, since it's open to the whole community to review and improve over time.
If you get completely stuck, you'll probably get more answers if you ask one question at a time in the forum.

Keep in mind that there are several types of scripts to juggle.
Module script is tied to events associated with your module
Area scripts are tied to events associated with an area
Creature scripts are tied to events associated with a creature (like death or damage)
Object scripts are tied to events associated with a placeable or NPC (like OnUse)
Plot scripts are tied to events associated with a plot file (like when a flag is processed)
Item scripts are tied to events associated with an item
Trigger scripts are events associated with a trigger (like onEnter)
In any given quest I have had to juggle several different types of scripts, but when you learn the events associated with each different type of script it becomes easier. You may want to start by looking in the wiki for the list of events that go with each different type of thing. That will help you figure out what type of script you need for what you want to do. As long as you're consistent in how you do your coding and file naming it should be easy to keep track of what script you need to work with.
