Hi, the problem was that i used the code on this account
but the game was bought in portugal (europe), and this is account is
registered on an american server... and with that they don't show up for download...


There is some way to retreive my redeem codes? otherwise i can't use
them on mine european account, to be able to download them!
If there is someone or other contact that can help me, please can you tell
me what to do?
