I too received my Psyko 5.1 PC Gaming Headset System and Kingston Ram.  There was one major problem though, the headset that was supposed to be a complete system, with a amplifier, wall outlet power adapter, microphone, and headset.  All I received was the headset and microphone.  The headset and mic were taken out of the retail box and thrown into a regular UPS box.  Without the amplifier and wall outlet adapter, the headset is completely useless. 

According to Psyko Audio, the Gaming Headset is supposed to come with all of these items in order to be fully functional. 

Once again if you won a headset, it is supposed to come with the headset, amplifier, wall outlet power adapter, and microphone.

And yes the Bazaar listed the prize's value according to the complete gaming headset system, $299.99.

Has there been any official response to this yet?

I haven't received my headset yet, but now I'm worried that I'll instead get only half of it.

Yeah i only got the headphone and mic as well. i am missing the amp and power adapter too. Bioware please help!

The last of the extras from the original print run were sold about a month ago (a number were held back as replacements in case prints were damaged during shipping). So if there was a new batch recently printed specifically for Bazaar winners, I think it's highly unlikely that they're signed/numbered since they're a completely separate "make up" run. It would be very disappointing, since without the artist's sig and numbering, the lithos would appear to be just posters rather than limited edition pieces of art if you didn't already know what they were.

I forgot to say thanks to the best developer! Thank you Bioware! I got everything my Shepard statue looks awesome under my Citadel litho and next to the ME1 poster. Once again thank you Bioware for making a tribute to the fans and giving them something that is priceless to the eye of a loyal fan.

Just a quick update on where we are with the prize packs. We have sent all prize pack except 13 which have items that are no longer in the store we in the process of calling those customers to switch out the missing items for something we have in stock.



With regards to the Lithographs we did not print extra for the Prize packs. When they were originally printed the Edmonton office held back appox 10-25 signed Lithographs for the prize pack. Lithographs received in relationship to the prize pack should be signed and numbers. We have found a few unsigned got mixed in, but if you received one contact us and we'll do our best to take care of it.

You're complaining about getting something for free! You are not paying for a speedy delivery, so why should you rip on either company if your going to get it for free anyway. Sure it might take awhile they said it will take 6-8 weeks and that is the timeframe most of us recieved our packages and there is 412 people of course there will be some problems but in your case just consider yourself lucky and you won and just have some patience, it will come your way sometime.

You're complaining about getting something for free! You are not paying for a speedy delivery, so why should you rip on either company if your going to get it for free anyway. Sure it might take awhile they said it will take 6-8 weeks and that is the timeframe most of us recieved our packages and there is 412 people of course there will be some problems but in your case just consider yourself lucky and you won and just have some patience, it will come your way sometime.

Well you've already got your prize, but we're finishing the 7th week and nothing yet. If there is no news so far then there is no way it will make the 8th week mark. I can understand the fact that the Super Bioware store pack is taking a long time, but either Alienware is still having shipping problems after two weeks or Bioware store is out of shirts.

O well, one week to go!

I still haven't received my two lithographs (the Minuteman and the other one that's in a space scenary ).  They're selling on average for over $150  a piece on ebay (since of course it's no longer available in the Bioware store).  If you're somehow out of stock, I wanted to request an ati 5770 vid card (the one used in the Bazaar auction) as a replacement.
