Just a quick update on where we are with the prize packs. We have sent all prize pack except 13 which have items that are no longer in the store we in the process of calling those customers to switch out the missing items for something we have in stock.

With regards to the Lithographs we did not print extra for the Prize packs. When they were originally printed the Edmonton office held back appox 10-25 signed Lithographs for the prize pack. Lithographs received in relationship to the prize pack should be signed and numbers. We have found a few unsigned got mixed in, but if you received one contact us and we'll do our best to take care of it.

So why did I get a message saying that they are OOS of the jack litho if they were held back?

And Cinnamon Lightning said he got his lithos. (I know they are the same as mine via here: http://spreadsheets....Yvg&output=html

Now I realize cinnamon might have gotten his straightened out before me (its possible) but I only got an email today. Also, I won before he did, so wouldn't I have more priority then him?
So was I just the unlucky one who got singled out?

I got my space lithos today and I'm ecstatic! They're gorgeous and are indeed signed/numbered  (I was really worried there for a bit when I heard of some people getting unsigned copies )! After waiting anxiously for however many weeks it's been, I'm happy they came today and even more happy that I got home and got it off the front stoop before the thunderstorm a couple hours later!

My lithos came in today.  They were signed but damaged.  I don't really care for any other lithos, unless the same exact two can get replaced.  If necessary, I'll be happy to send these back.  I could have sold both lithos for at least $300 on Ebay.  If possible, I would like the ATI 5770 graphics card (that was offered during the auction) as a replacement.  Since the video card sales for about $170, I think this would be a more than fair replacement.

Since the video cards were from the sponsors and the update says that exchanges can be for stuff the store has in stock.



I hope there are updates for the laptops soon.

I disagree about the "worth."  Here's a mass effect litho (which was out of print, like mine) that sold for $250 (I've seen one sold for $400):

True it originally cost $30, but it's actuall current worth and value is much, much more. 
Saying rare and out-of-print lithos are only worth $30, is like saying a Picasso valued at $100,000 is only worth $100 since this was the original price it sold for 50 years ago.

Hey Guys - Couple of quick updates. First if you received a damaged item please enter a case with the store and include your pictures we will figure out a solution for you. Second all of the remaining prize packs will go out this week. The laptops just arrived in the warehouse today. Thirdly there were a few items that were OOS if we can't provided the same item we will offer a replace of equal value of the customers choice there are only a few orders where this is an issues. Finally, if you have any issues after next Wednesday regarding your prize pack please contact me via PM and I'll get it sorted out for you.

Yes I'm aware of the rules stating the values of the lithos, which were $30 each for every litho listed in the auction.  If I can go to the Bioware store (or any store period) and buy these EXACT SAME out-of-print  lithos right NOW for $30 a piece, I'll be more inclined to completely agree that these lithos in particular are CURRENTLY only worth $30 each.  I won't repeat myself, since I already presented reasons in a previous post why I disagree about it's current value.

You and me are in the same boat Malachan. Since my Jack litho is oos, they are trying to tell me to replace it. THe only litho in stock is the collectors litho which noone wants. http://cgi.ebay.com/...=item414f711c16 that's right, it sold for $15 on ebay. HALF of the actual price.

I am upset because everyone seemed to get theirs shipped but me until the last minute, as if they were waiting for me to be screwed. They didn't even contact me until today and you guys have had yours delievered. I could have replaced it or something earlier but they did me wrong.

I am a really freaking huge bioware fan, and I think this is why it's so upsetting. I really hope they give us some really good customer support because those lithos (my oos litho and your destroyed ones) cannot be replaced.

Got an email from BioWare saying they are sold out of Mass Effect t-shirts Paragon, N7 in Charcoal and Cerberus in Charcoal. Not too bummed about the N7 and Cerberus, but I liked the Paragon, oh well. They offered to replace those 3 with other t-shirts in store so I'm grateful for their cooperation.

I got my Shepard statue and Mass Effect artbook yesterday. FedEx tried to deliver them on Friday, but I wasn't home so I had to wait. Everything looks fantastic and I just wanted to say thanks to the BioWare team for everything!

Your perception of the value of the prize (based on whatever factors you determine) is irrelevant.  By participating, you agreed to the official rules, which stipulated that the lithos were worth $30.

Nice, I would've done the same but I've never played Dragon Age. Instead I chose the Geth and Normandy t-shirt and just a simple White BioWare t-shirt.
