They keep getting out there pistols in every fight and they arn't trained in it.

I swich em to like shot gun or assault rifle at the start of a fight, and 2 seconds later they pull out their pistols, and I swich em back again and they swich back to pistols again.

any way I can stop them from doing this?

I know they are ment to do this when using sniper rifles, and I can undersatnd that but this helps no one.. my party damage is like nothing.
