Actually, what Apollo said was true even though there is some truth to what you said as well.  What you're ignoring is that greater muscle mass requires more energy to maintain and therefore losing muscle mass(such as through sedentary activity like playing WOW all day) will lower your metabolism.
This is one of the reasons why women generally have a harder time staying thin than men.

I added the atrophy and reasons for atrophy.  Yes, obviously the more muscles you have the more energy you need to feul them.

Doing anything exessively isn't good (ie. why I do pushups and run up and down the stairs etc [every 1.5 hours] when I'm doing long gaming sessions and contract/stretch out my muscles while I'm playing every few minutes, and go outside with the dog after a few hours)

And yes I know everybodies metabolic rates are vastly different.  Point I was making is that if they can figure out their metabolic rate, and if they take in less energy than the BMR needs, their activity is irrelevant (though not irrelevant for body health and muscle status, and less activity will eventually lead to less muscle and decrease BMR) and they will lose weight as the body breaks down fat stores (and eventually muscles stores, etc) for food.

Looks like I'm rambling.

OK, let's meet int he middle.

WoW addiction makes you either fat or a skinny, muscle-less stick, both equally embarrassing.

Wasn't it you that posted the do not feed the troll picture and yet you keep bumping this thread......let it die the death it deserves.  And yes I am aware of the irony of me posting this and bumping it at the same time.

I'm just picking on WoW. I should probably just stop trying to make jokes and say what I mean to say because apparently, I suck at making jokes.

I think it would be pretty fun to play with Robert Downey Jr. even though I don't know him IRL.

It's fun as long as you don't take it too seriously is a better way to put it.

And doing anything with Robert Downy Jr. would be totally f8cking amazing.

They say in the future you will get achievements and experience points for doing homework, reading a book, etc.

Real life's days are numbered.

Considering they are already thinking of ways to outfit us all with unique IP Addresses... Yeah. I can see that happening.
