Yesterday I bought both add ons (one by mistake as I had a code)  and I was unable to download the files and now the downloading program has forgotten that I have bought them.

Could I talk to someone in tech support about either refunding my money or allowing me to get the content

I am having exactly the same problem. I even let the game run overnight and it still said "installing" on one and the other one was just sitting there with a status of "extracted." It is keeping me from playing the game also. When I try it said "please wait for downloadable content." What gives Bioware?



I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
