Tali's because bioware focused heavily on the body movements. The way the camera focused on Tali rubbing her hands and how she moved her hands when she talked were big hitters. Throughout the entire mission i hoped that Rael was alive, but i knew what i was going to find which made me emotionally involved. When she found her father dead and kept running through different reasons, even then that he was alive just made me pity her loss. I felt horrible after that. The trial completely hate everything so i had sadness followed by rage which is a bad combo in any books XD. Tali's mission gets the #1 spot.
Thane's was surprisingly sad, but their wasn't enough emotion to drive it over Tali's. Most of the time your following the politician up in the rafters and hearing thane move. The only emotional side to it was seeing Thane cry for his son and talk so lovingly to him even though his son blamed him for his mother's death. I really connected with thane's despair at that point because he had lost his wife and now he was losing his only son. But that's just my opinion XD

I liked Jack's ending part where she said her desk was her best friend and she hid under it when afraid. I've seen children who do the same though it may not be a desk but its always a confined space
Jacob's wasn't as bad as some made it out to be as you could feel his anxiety change to confusion then to dread then to pure contempt

If I had to pick one, and only one, I'd choose Tali's... it's almost a mini space opera all on it's own.
LOL, agreed.

I also have to say Mordin's. Just ponder over the morality of everything that is revealed during it.

1. Betrayed the fleet? Tali? WHAT!?
2. Tali being used as a scapegoat of sorts just for the politicians to make a choice. WTH.
3. "Be strong for daddy! MOMMY LOVES YOU-" That always gets me sad and filled with rage.
4. Tali's dad being murdered. That's horrible. Followed by-
5. The hug. Enough said.
6. The heartfelt speech by Shepard, with or without the Conclave, Veetor, and Kal' Reegar jumping in.
7. "I've got better, Shepard. I've got you." Friggen D'AWW.
But besides hers,
Garrus' is awesome. You can feel THE RAGE. Plus, I hate Harkin. So it was nice to see the bathturd again.
Thane's is sad. Very sad.
Samara's only really tugs at me when we're talking to Nef's mom and looking for clues to help us out.
Legion's brings back memories of ME1 and killing all the heretics, as well as all the discussions and thoughts on geth culture and whether they hated us or not.
Kasumi's is sad only when we're actually watching what's on the graybox.
Miranda's REALLY tugs at me when we have to convince her to talk to her sister, and how she sheds tears.
As for others that weren't really emotionally engaging,
Jack's I didn't really care for. Only thing I liked was the rain. WEATHER EFFECTS IN ME3, PLOX.
Grunt's was cool, but I didn't really feel anything. I agreed with Garrus. Shoulda bought him some dances.
Mordin's was supposed to be emotional, and it was, only slightly to me.
Zaeed's was nothing but action, but the award for most fail coming from a loyalty mission is JACOB.
Fail. Horrible horrible fail.
Jacob's so boring it makes me wish Kaidan never died.

Only reason it did however was because I didn't have any "option c" choices available so I had to choose between her exile and betraying her.
Glad I didn't betray her.

I loved Tali's mission, the recordings on the research ship made me tear up and I got giddy when Shepard told the politicians off.
